We sincerely thank you for using our products.

We have discovered an issue with the manufacturing process of contact lens care products manufactured by our subsidiary Menicon Nect Co., Ltd. We have decided to voluntarily recall the affected lots of these products.

We sincerely apologize for the trouble that this will cause both our customers and other related personnel.

We will make every effort to control and strengthen our quality even further from now on.

 * Affected products under the name of “MeniCare Soft” are in the size of 70mL ONLY.

 

## For Menicon Distributors and Suppliers

If you found any affected products in your stock, please discontinue selling such affected products to your customer and return them all to Menicon.

## Examples of batch number presentation/ identification

The sterility tests performed for each affected manufactured lot were passed, so the possibility of any damage to health is thought to be extremely small. Furthermore, no reports of damage to health have been received to date.
